Flow A: GPS not tracking accurately

Confirm Location permission is set to While Using the App. Start outdoors and wait 20-30 seconds before moving. Disable Low Power Mode during active run tracking. If drift lasts over two minutes, end and restart the session.

Flow B: Billing or paywall issue

Core tools are unlocked and checkout and restore are not active. No Premium product, price, trial, subscription, or purchase is offered. Treat any purchase prompt or locked core tool as a defect.

Confirm the installed Zenith version and build number. Capture the unexpected paywall or locked core feature without entering payment information. Reopen Zenith and confirm the lock still appears on the same account. Send support the version, account email, and screenshot.

Flow C: Watch not syncing

Apple Watch continuity is included. Garmin 1.6.0 is a prepared controlled-acceptance package, but Garmin Store submission and public availability are pending, so public Garmin sync cannot be troubleshot yet. After verified publication it will require an exact candidate target, Zenith 1.3.3 on iPhone, Garmin Connect, current Garmin consent, and an active account-to-watch link.

Confirm Bluetooth is on and the correct companion is running: Watch app for Apple Watch, or Garmin Connect for Garmin. For Garmin, first confirm the Store and evidence status. Do not treat a candidate model or local package as a public install. Open Zenith on iPhone, review and accept the current Garmin notice if needed, then check the linked-watch status. Reopen Zenith on iPhone, Garmin Connect, and Zenith on the watch; then allow the queued acknowledgement to settle. If the queue remains stale, restart iPhone and watch before considering Unlink.

Unlink is not a harmless reconnect shortcut: it withdraws Garmin consent, invalidates all Garmin watch links for the signed-in account, and deletes Garmin-sourced integration data. Independently entered Zenith records remain.
